We are right now in a proces to make renew, update and optimize our bakery, therefor we are looking for a new baker, that can help us on our way to this.
About the bakery:
We are an ecological and vegetarian bakery, most of our products is also Vegan, besides that we have an gluten-free production also. We have existed for more than 30 years, but in the current form since 2013.
About the job:
You have to work 37 hours per week, and it will be placed and divided in the afternoon/evening/night hours.
You have to clean up after your production.
If you becomes part of the glutenfree production, you need to help with the cleaning between those also.
Salary after qualifications and according to the applicable collective agreement.
About you:
You are expirenced in bakery business and have worked in it for a time, and you are able to work out from both written and verbal instructions.
You have to be willing to explore new areas and become an active part of the bakery enviroment.
You have to be meeting stable, as you will be a part of af very small production team.
You have to be interested to work in the vegetarian/vegan/glutenfree bakery business,
You have to be very quality conscious.
You have to be able to speak english, as the most of the production workers are english talking.
If you come from outside the area:
The bakery is located Holbæjvej 56, 4560 Vig, which is a Ananda Marga Course and retreat center, but it has also some rooms that you can rent, if you want to live on the site. For that we can guide to the person, that is a head of that.
